We operate five manufacturing facilities and one coating plant in the United States. Strategically located in Hatfield, MA, Martins Ferry, OH and Sebring, FL, Catoosa, OK and Cleveland, TN our locations enable us to provide high-quality products and outstanding service throughout the Northeast, Mid Central, Mid Atlantic and Southern markets.

The Project Manager leads projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

· Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.

· Collaborate with various departments to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

· Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; track progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

· Participates in capital budgeting, review and approval as part of Capital Expenditure Team.

· Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, cost estimation and risk analysis.

· Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and manufacturing processes.

· Coordinates with various departments to identify and define necessary projects.

· Develops and improves processes and methods for control and diagnosis of manufacturing technical problems.

· Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring the best quality of services and materials at the most cost-effective prices.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management or related field.

· 3-7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production planning.

· Proficiency in project management software and design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

· Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

· Strong communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize workload.

· Solid leadership skills

· This position requires frequent travel

· PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.

· Ability to communicate to various levels within the Company

· Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
