We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate project estimates while engaging with clients to fully understand their specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are profitable and align with our high standards of service.

• Prepare detailed project estimates based on specifications, drawings, and site conditions.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather and analyze project information.
  
• Keeping up to date with cost of materials and labor in order to provide accurate estimates to clients.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurement.
  
• Review project specifications and plans to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and client expectations.
  
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and other required documentation.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimating, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation practices.
  
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
