- Manage job tracking, routing, and scheduling in Fulcrum Pro ERP
- Track job progress and maintain production visibility
- Prioritize work in collaboration with machinists and leadership
- Facilitate communication across production and planning
- Assist with part inspection and quality control
- Support scheduling decisions and resource allocation
- Identify and flag workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Experience in a CNC shop or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Fulcrum Pro)
- Understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team setting
