CEIS | Clover Leaf is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Controls and Scheduling Specialist to support complex, secure infrastructure programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This is a mission-critical role contributing to high-priority national initiatives where precision, confidentiality, and collaboration are key.


This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance tracking who thrives in secure, multidisciplinary environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain detailed Primavera (P6) schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex, multi-phase projects within a secure national lab setting.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and program stakeholders to ensure accurate task sequencing, resource allocation, and milestone alignment.
  • Apply EVM principles to monitor project performance, support schedule variance analysis, and generate reporting deliverables.
  • Produce and maintain status reports, dashboards, and schedule risk analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure scheduling activities remain compliant with LANL, DOE, and federal requirements.
  • Participate in project reviews, change control processes, and secure site coordination.
  • Work onsite in Los Alamos, NM as a trusted contributor to sensitive mission-driven programs.


Required Qualifications:


  • Active DOE �Q†Clearance or DoD Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical settings.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
