Program Supervisor - Enhanced In-Home Support Program

The Enhanced In-Home Support Program provides intensive in-home services to children, adolescents and their families to increase age appropriate skills and resiliency. Must be willing to be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

• Provide strategic oversight of recruitment, interviewing, hiring, supervision, and disciplinary processes within the Enhanced In-Home Support Program, in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  

• Understands and ensures departmental compliance with program regulations and HIPAA guidelines as per Federal, State and Agency Guidelines.
  

• Review referrals and assign cases as appropriate to the EIHSP RCs.
  

• Plan and coordinate the schedule and work load of the EIHSP RCs, and monitor the quality and quantity of work.
  

• Provide regular supervision to team members and complete performance evaluations as scheduled.
  

• Other duties as assigned.
  

• Licensure in Social Work, Psychology or a related field is required (LMSW, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC).
  

• One (1) year of relevant work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
  

• Driver�s license, proof of auto insurance, satisfactory driving record, and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  

• Knowledge of basic computer functions (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and ability to learn software systems and/or websites
  

• (Paycom, EHR, Relias, etc.)

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
