Wilbert Precast is looking to hire an entry level Production Team Member. This position will learn all the aspects of the precasted process and help the team meet daily production goals.


What to expect:
  • Clean and prepare forms to meet the high demand pour schedule
  • Spray form oil on forms to let the concrete release from the form. This oil is slippery and sticks to clothes. Proper clean up also required
  • Communicate with the area lead on product status and and concerns or questions you have.
  • Maintain a clean work area, tasks may include scraping floors, spraying down the mixer, putting tools away and removing garbage
  • Various other tasks assigned for the day


Skills Needed:


  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16â€
  • Ability to use concrete finishing tools
  • Proficiency in hand and power tools
  • Any experience with concrete is a plus, but we can train!


Qualifications:


  • Work Experience: 0-2 years
  • Team player
  • Pass background check
  • Pass Drug screen
  • Be at least 18 years old


Ability to handle physical workload:


  • Lift up to 60lbs
  • Extended duration on foot (up to 8 hours)
  • Stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stretch, reach and climb for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive use of hand tools and/or power tools

  • $20 - $22/HR DOE
