Senior Production Supervisor who can drive production success while developing and supporting a high-performing team. This role is about more than managing workflow - it’s about leading people, building processes that last, and ensuring the shop floor runs with clarity, safety, and momentum.


Job Description


Out of the Woods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor to guide our cabinet shop through the next phase of growth. This position is hands-on, forward-facing, and key to how we deliver high-quality custom cabinetry on time, every time.


This is more than managing workflow. It’s about leading people, solving production challenges, improving quality, and ensuring safety standards are never compromised. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and have the autonomy to drive improvement while developing your team.


What You Will Do:


  • Oversee day-to-day cabinet production and coordinate work across departments
  • Lead, train, and coach team leads and production staff with clarity and accountability
  • Drive productivity and manage schedules, labor, and material usage
  • Own performance conversations and team development efforts
  • Monitor output for quality and consistency and take corrective action when needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Contribute to budgeting, operational reporting, and process improvements


What You Will Bring:


  • 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing environment
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, workflow, and improvement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings
  • Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • A track record of building up teams and improving output in a production setting
  • Familiarity with ERP or production scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both people and process
  • Bonus if you�ve worked with Lean Manufacturing principles


What You Will Experience:


  • Work in a cabinet shop and warehouse environment, exposure to noise, dust, paint fumes
  • Regular use of computer to enter data and communicate electronically
  • Regular use of power tools and heavy machinery
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods with repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Wearing required PPE, including closed-toe shoes, eye/ear protection, and a respirator
