- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Load raw materials and ensure machines run continuously
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Keep accurate records of production output
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
