The Production Associate position is responsible for using components and parts to produce products for delivery.
- Study and interpret assembly instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, position parts, minor mechanical assemblies and examine connections for correct fit
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
- Read parts list
- Assemble tools and materials
- Positions parts and subassemblies
- Assemble components
- Report errors in product line
- Complete quality control forms
- Participate in team meetings
- Build positive work relationships
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, vision screen and background check
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Maintain a stationary position for extended periods during the workday
- Must be able to transport items weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally
