- Manufactures product according to company processes, procedures and GMP requirements.
- Weighs out raw chemicals and ingredients and charges into processing tanks.
- Controls equipment and systems that processes chemical substances into bulk batches.
- Observes chemical reactions, monitors gauges, signals, and recorders.
- Makes adjustment to operating settings, as needed.
- Handles hazardous materials and hazardous waste in compliance with local, federal, and company guidelines.
- Issues daily reports and updates to management team.
- Draws samples of product for laboratory analysis.
- Completes batch record and SOP documentation according to cGMPs.
- Records operating data such as process conditions, test results and instrument readings.
- Completes other production tasks as required, depending on available work. This may include filling, assembly, inspection, packaging and shipping tasks as needed.
- High School graduate with 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical processing or pilot plan environment OR Bachelor of Science degree with Science major and 0 years of experience.
- Must be capable of wearing required PPE, including masks and respirators.
- Must be capable of working in a cleanroom environment and meeting necessary hygiene requirements.
- Good written and verbal language skills and ability to follow SOPS.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- cGMP and clean room experience is a plus
