Full-Time | Year-Round | Based in Sioux Falls, SD | Daily Travel to Rural Sioux Empire School Districts
- Provide individual and group counseling to adolescents
- Conduct substance abuse screenings/assessments and threat assessments (with training, if needed)
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by contracts and funders
- Build collaborative relationships with school staff, students, families, and community members
- Bachelor�s degree (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field)
- Prevention or addiction counseling certification-or willingness to become a trainee and take college coursework to become certified
- Experience working with youth/classroom management skills preferred
- Good listener; strong communication skills, including public speaking
- Ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive and other data systems, and ability to learn new software
