Position Information
- Serve as a role model and leader for staff in customer service and teamwork
- Provide continuous training and feedback to develop staff
- Performs all necessary duties to cook food for customers
- Execute all necessary tasks to assure a high degree of cleanliness, quality, and sanitation in food service areas
- Maintains all equipment used at workstations in an acceptable and sanitary condition
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years cooking experience in a food service operation
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a food service operation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- College or University food service experience preferred
- 1 year experience in a large commercial food service operation preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
