The right person has a proven track record of coaching people to improve their performance day over day. To take lead of our service department, to run our process, exceed minimum KPI’s, and become part of our core leadership team. Business to Consumer sales a plus. Familiarity with Nexstar Service System a plus.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and coach a team of service professionals to exceed min. KPI�s
- Show technicians how to sell the right products and services to consumers
- Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
- Monitor performance of field technicians and coach them on how to improve
- Manage departments P & L expectations working directly with General Manager
- Hold a role on our Leadership Team to contribute to guide, grow, and gain market share
