Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Manager who shares our commitment to these core values. This role is a perfect blend of leadership and expertise, responsible for guiding our team of plumbers and ensuring every job is estimated and executed with exceptional service and transparency. You will be a vital part of our operational shift, helping to implement new digital tools that will enhance our reliability and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead with an Employee-First Focus: Supervise and mentor our team of technicians, prioritizing their growth, well-being, and professional development. Your leadership style should promote open communication and a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure Reliability & Exceptional Service: Manage daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching, to ensure our team arrives on time and completes every job with the highest level of quality, earning the trust of our customers.
  • Champion Transparency: Prepare detailed, accurate, and transparent estimates for residential service jobs. You will communicate directly with clients, explaining the scope of work and pricing clearly to build trust from the start.
  • Drive Community Engagement: Represent our company with professionalism and integrity, contributing to our reputation as a business that is actively involved in and supports our local community.
  • Digital Transition: Be a key player in our move to digital processes. This includes helping upper the leadership implement, and train the team on the new technology to increase efficiency and create a better employee and customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a plumber, service manager, or estimator, with a track record of leading a team and building strong customer relationships.
  • A natural leader who embodies an employee-first mindset and is committed to fostering a positive work culture.
