We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Residential Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess their plumbing needs and recommend the best solutions. Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and helping families with all of their plumbing needs.- Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to evaluate plumbing needs
- Educate homeowners on available water heaters, filtration, appliances, etc.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals
- Close sales and coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and service excellence
- Experience in residential plumbing sales or home improvement services preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
