Currently filling positions in our
Play & Learn program at the Baxter YMCA. Play & Learn staff assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, children, and other staff to develop trusting relationships. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants.
