Who We Are- Mid-City Foundry is a family-owned iron foundry proudly serving American industry since 1941. Our Grafton facility is a close-knit, 35-person, single-shift operation focused on high-quality gray and ductile iron castings-produced using green sand cope & drag and match plate molding, electric melt, and core/cleaning operations.
For over 80 years, we've powered essential industries. Now, we're looking for a hands-on leader to power our next chapter.
Who You Are
You're more than a manager, you’re a builder of people, processes, and performance.
- Experienced in iron foundry operations (especially green sand).
- A current Plant Manager or senior Supervisor ready to step up.
- Passionate about safety-first leadership.
- A communicator who drives performance through clarity, respect, and accountability.
- A calm presence on the floor and in the office-ready to lead to the entire operation.

- Lead and support a skilled 35-person team.
- Drive plant performance and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with our family-owned executive team to align strategy and operations.
