Education and Licensure:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD):A PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school is a standard requirement.
- Active Pharmacist License:A valid and active pharmacist license in New York State.
Experience:

- Management and Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for supervising and managing pharmacy staff.
- Problem-Solving:The ability to effectively solve problems, make sound decisions, and handle stressful situations is essential.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed for interacting with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Technical Skills:Some experience with computers is preferred.
