Position Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. This is a full-time role offering a mix of hands-on pest control service, route management, and sales. You'll work independently in the field, helping clients maintain pest-free environments in homes and businesses.

• Perform skilled pest control services at residential and commercial properties
  
• Manage a route of customer accounts efficiently and professionally
  
• Monthly Sales
  

• Valid Driver's License with ability to be insured
  
• Must obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (Paid by Midwest)
  
• Have a smartphone for routing and reporting software
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize customer needs
  

• Self-motivated with strong time management
  
• Professional and friendly customer service skills
  
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
  
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  

• Starting Salary: $48,000 (average technician earns $75,000+)
