IN HOME SOLUTIONS is a nurse-owned and operated organization dedicated to providing compassionate home care services to elderly and disabled individuals across Southwest Missouri. As a member of the IN HOME SOLUTIONS team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. This role is designed for compassionate individuals who are looking to provide essential support and care, whether on a part-time or full-time basis.
We are currently looking for a team member in the Vienna area that can travel up to 30 miles to surrounding areas.
- Must be available to work weekends
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Assist clients with mobility, medication management, and other health-related tasks as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices and regulations is beneficial.
