• Assist with clients daily needs, which may include bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.
  
• Preparation and distribution of meals-including washing and sanitizing dishes, equipment and laundry.

Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  
• Charting daily visit notes
  
• Provide support to patients with special needs, such as behavioral health
