Job Description:The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Case Manager should be highly-motivated, innovative, and results-driven. Permanent Supportive Housing case managers are essential for providing basic needs and housing services to the most vulnerable experiencing homelessness in Oakland County. This position will play an integral role in upholding program goals such as maintaining high positive housing rates, serving the most vulnerable individuals, increasing the number of people served and remaining client centered.

Compensation: Starting annual salary of $43,000 to commensurate with experience.#
