Responsibilities:
The Pediatric Grant Program Supervisor supports the implementation, coordination, and continued growth of community-based behavioral health programs under the Collaborative Care for Youth (CCY) grant project. This position plays a key role in bridging clinical care with community impact by aligning grant-funded initiatives with organizational priorities, improving access to services, and reducing health disparities among pediatric and vulnerable populations.
The role integrates program coordination, grant compliance oversight, and direct care support to ensure effective and sustainable service delivery. Primary responsibilities include leading the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff hired under the grant, as well as providing ongoing supervision, performance evaluation, and mentorship to ensure high-quality implementation of grant objectives.
The supervisor provides staff support and training and organizes ongoing case consultations for a multidisciplinary team serving pediatric patients and their families. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, supports professional development, and promotes adherence to evidence-based practices. The position also serves as a key resource in all aspects of pediatric community mental health programming, including supporting data collection and reporting, coordinating training opportunities, and advancing community engagement. The role collaborates closely with the Grant Administrator to ensure accurate tracking, timely reporting, and full compliance with grant requirements.
