Home of Guiding Hands is seeking a skilled and dedicated Payroll Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our payroll operations, ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of our bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls using Paycom. Your expertise will guarantee we remain fully compliant with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and you'll work closely with our People Operations team to maintain precise employee records.
As the go-to expert for all things payroll, you'll troubleshoot system issues and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve our processes.
