Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Payment Representative! Your Purpose You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining the credit union’s relationship with members by processing electronic ACH payment files, processing check clearing files/returns, processing check deposits/returns and processing wire requests. Position Duties and Responsibilities

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common and uncommon occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:

• Process member domestic and international wire transactions.
  
• Process member check deposits through both the mail and mobile deposit channels.
  
• Process returns on member check deposits.
  
• Process employee support requests related to Zelle and online banking ACH transfers.
  
• Create, maintain and post Automated Clearing House (ACH), check clearing/returnsand process related exceptions.
  
• Process online banking ACH external transfers.
  
• Process ACH stop payments and WSUTs.
  
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union�s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union�s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements* High School Diploma/GED and minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
  
• Excellent attention to detail required.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
  

Salary Range: $20.84 - $28.71

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, CA. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
