The
Patient Care Tech is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner.- Career growth and development

- Current Maryland CNA licensure is required.
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Prior patient care experience preferred.
- Highschool diploma or GED is required.
Salary Range: Minimum 18.39/hour - Maximum 28.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
