This position is for someone with a medical background who can help facilitate patient flow through our clinical system from intake to follow-up.
- Phlebotomy license or willingness to get one is a must.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Enjoys teamwork
- Patience for people who are scared of the medical system
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Taking medical history
- Taking vital signs
- Drawing bloods
- Preparing for PRF
- Scanning, fabricating, inserting and adjusting oral appliances
- Calling physician and dental offices
- Writing reports on patient care
- Performing virtual patient interactions
- Interacting with other team members to help move patients successfully towards positive outcomes
- Attending meetings
- Collecting KPI's to keep score
- On-call responsibility for patient questions and emergencies

M-TH 8-4
F 8-2
