Description

Party Patrol will host Birthday parties and occasionally private events to create a memorable experience for all guests. This position works mainly on the weekends and occasionally weekday shifts.

You will be expected to:* Provide outstanding guest service at all times.

• Greet all party guests, and answer any questions the party host may have.
  
• Ensure all areas where hosting a party are clean, organized, and set-up for success.
  
• Set up and clean all types of parties, in all different locations of the building.
  
• Guide guests / groups from one section of the building to another.
  
• Keep in contact with the host and assist in any way possible to make their visit memorable.
  
• Ensure parents/party hosts know rules & regulations, and all necessary waivers are completed beforehand.
  
• Give out wristbands when necessary.
  
• Check out parties and close party tabs.
  
• Up-sell additional food, party bags, ice cream or other party specialty items.
  
• Have basic knowledge of the party booking process in the event that another guest asks.
  
• Assist in daily cleaning of all areas.
  
• Have knowledge of the POS system.
  
• Complete any other task assigned by management.
  

Requirements

High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.

Must be flexible and adaptable to change.

Experience working in the food & beverage and / or hospitality industry a plus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience working with POS systems a plus.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires being on your feet for an extended period of time.

Must obtain work permit if under the age of 18.

Minimum age of 16 years old.

Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
