Cole Papers, a respected 107-year-old family-owned company, is searching for a Parts Purchasing Specialist for their Automation Integration Packaging Division. This is a new Full-Time Position. Successful applicant must live in the Sioux Falls SD area.


This is a Full time Monday Friday 8am to 5pm in office position.

Compensation:


  • $30 - $40 / hour depending on experience, references, assessments etc.
  • Possible Sign on Bonus up to $3,000
  • Two Retirement Plans


Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Purchase packaging automation parts.
  • Work with multiple vendors, learning their individual products.
  • Cultivate positive vendor and customer relationships.
  • Locate suitable alternative products when needed.
  • Aggressively negotiate pricing/cost of products.
  • Maintain up to date information for assigned vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Heavy computer usage daily.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Prior Purchasing experience required.
  • Must possess excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, required.


Candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment background check and take some assessment tests.


Offered compensation: $30/hr - $40/hr
