We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Parts Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parts and materials to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. - Load and unload parts and materials from the vehicle efficiently.
- Drive to designated locations using a box truck or similar vehicle.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Utilize a forklift for loading and unloading when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery schedules.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
- Experience operating box trucks and forklifts is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
