- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.
- Process orders efficiently using our inventory management systems.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Handle transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Stay updated on automotive products and industry trends.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
