Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, or Friday - 3 Days - 4 hours/day (morning or evening shift) (1hr Saturday)
We are a fast-growing, community-driven gym with a strong social media presence. As we expand our YouTube and digital content efforts, we’re looking for someone with an eye for capturing the energy, personality, and progress that happens in our gym every day.
We're hiring a reliable videographer to
record raw footage in our gym during scheduled shifts. This is not an editing role - your job is to keep the camera rolling, capture quality content, and follow the vibe of the gym. You’ll work closely with our trainers and content team to help fuel our brand.- Record daily gym activity during assigned shifts (3 days/week and 1hr Saturday)
- Operate the company equipment - Sony camera (A7 III)
- Follow trainers, clients, or classes to capture authentic gym moments
- Change angles, check focus/exposure, and maintain basic camera care
- Respect client privacy and follow instructions from gym leadership
- Reliable, punctual, and focused
- Interest in content creation, fitness, or social media
- Able to follow direction but also work independently
- Comfortable being in a gym environment and around high-energy people
- No editing experience required (but it's a plus with chance to increase position)
- $400 monthly pay - paid sums of $200 biweekly
