Shipping Coordinator that will be responsible for all shipping package verification. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented go getter that brings a positive attitude to the workplace.#
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Responsible for all shipping package verification before departure from Payroll4construction.com
- Coordinate UPS, FedEx and USPS pickups and meet end-of-day shipping deadlines
- Arrange extra pickups as needed for UPS, FedEx and USPS
- Assist clients in tracking packages when needed
- Act as a liaison between shipping companies and our clients
- Manage USPS postage for specified clients
- Assist in maintaining machines, printers and USPS postage machine
- Inventory management and accountability for all supplies within Payroll4Construction.com

Required Skills and Experience- Strong attention to detail
- Previous shipping experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn
