Duties:

• Assist with the care and support of individuals in a healthcare or social work setting
  
• Drive individuals to appointments, activities, or errands
  
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  
• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance as needed
  
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required
  
• Help individuals navigate healthcare systems and access necessary resources
  
• Provide childcare and supervision for children if required
  
• Lift and transfer individuals with mobility limitations
  
• Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Compassionate and empathetic towards individuals in need of care
  
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
  
• Familiarity with childcare practices and safety guidelines
