About the Role

We are seeking a

Part-Time / Full-Time Funeral Services Assistant to support our team in providing the highest level of care to the families we serve. This role is perfect for individuals who value meaningful work, excel under pressure, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Your contributions will directly support our commitment to dignity and professionalism, whether assisting during visitations or ensuring the seamless transportation of loved ones.

Your Responsibilities

• Transportation Services: Safely and respectfully transport decedents from places of death to our facilities, using one of our company vehicles, ensuring compassionate handling at all times.
  
• Supportive Presence: Assist at visitations and funerals, providing comfort and professionalism to families during emotional times.
  
• On-Call Service: Be available during scheduled on-call periods, ready to respond promptly and professionally within 20 minutes of receiving a call.
  
• Vehicle Operations: Operate livery vehicles, reflecting our high standards of care and respect.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Funeral or medical transport experience is required
  
• Must have a valid NJ driver�s license with a clean driving record.
  
• Must have a personal vehilce, or acess to one, to get to our location anytime of the day or night.
  
• Physical capability to lift and carry (with a partner) weights exceeding 300 pounds, including navigating stairs.
  
• A polished, professional appearance that aligns with our dress standards (formal attire provided upon request).
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
  
• A compassionate, respectful approach that ensures every family feels valued and supported.

Compensation

This part-time / full- time position is compensated per case at an agreed-upon rate. We value your time and dedication and are committed to ensuring a fair and competitive pay structure.
