Retail Assistant Manager

Duties:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  
• Train and supervise retail staff, including coaching and providing feedback
  
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed
  
• Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
  
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement promotional activities
  
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  
• Strong knowledge of cash register operations and handling cash transactions
  
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus
  
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
  
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
  
• Familiarity with interviewing techniques and conducting employee evaluations
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage shifts effectively
  
• Highly organized with attention to detail for inventory management and pricing accuracy
