Job Description: Providing academic and personal assistance to students in classroom settings
A Paraprofessional is someone who works in a school to help teachers and students in the classroom. They are also called teacher aides or instructional assistants.
· Help students with classwork or activities
· Support students who need extra attention (one-on-one or small group)
· Assist the teacher with preparing materials or managing the class
· Supervise students in places like the lunchroom, playground, or hallway
· Help keep students safe and focused
- Young children learning to read, write, and do math
- Students with disabilities (this might include autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities)
- English language learners who need help with reading or speaking English
- Students who struggle with behavior and need redirection or calm support
· High School Graduation or GED AND 48 semester college units or more OR NCLB Certificate from District/County Office
· Must be comfortable assisting students with toileting and other daily personal care tasks
· Vaccinated

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
