White Birch Educational Services is a women and clinician owned and operated agency in New Hampshire. We provide school psychologists, social workers, BCBA's, mental health counselors, and other related service providers to schools throughout New Hampshire.


We are currently seeking a

full-time Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience to join an elementary school, working with developmentally disabled students in Kindergarten. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly supportive and collaborative team environment, dedicated to making a positive impact.


Responsibilities may include:


  • Assist with the implementation of accommodation, modifications, and other supports in accordance with student Individual Education Plans (IEP).
  • Support students with significant developmental disabilities throughout their school day.
  • Students may be non-verbal and have behaviors and personal care needs.
  • Collect progress data as directed by the student�s special education team.
  • Work collaboratively with students� classroom teachers and other faculty.
  • Other duties deemed necessary by the school district as appropriate for the role.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and committed to students� well-being.
