✔ Base Pay:

• $27.50/hr starting during the 1st month of the 2-month probationary period
  
• $30-$35/hr base after probation based on proven performance

Performance Incentives:

• You can earn 110%-150% of your base rate through our aligned pay system when jobs are completed on time and to standard
  
• That means up to $52.50/hr for top-tier execution

• We�re building a long-term team of leaders. Showcase Team members are eligible for project leadership roles, training opportunities, and increased pay tiers over time.

• Highly experienced in residential repaint (interior & exterior)
  
• Committed to doing things right the first time
  
• Able to work independently or lead a crew
  
• Known for being respectful, moral, and grounded-preferably with Christian values
  
• Substance-free, including tobacco and marijuana
  
• A team player who takes pride in their work and reputation
  
• Interested in long-term career stability, not bouncing from job to job

• Are married or raising a family
  
• Have 5+ years of steady painting experience
  
• Have longevity with previous employers

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prep, paint, and finish high-end residential repaint jobs
  
• Mask, spray, and brush/roll surfaces with speed and precision
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
  
• Communicate proactively with clients and team members
  
• Track time and tasks via company app
  

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation
  
• Your own basic hand tools
  
• 5+ years of residential painting preferred
  
• Willingness to pass a background and drug screening
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders safely
