Montgomery Whitewater is on the hunt for an energetic and driven

Outside Group Sales Associate to join our crew. This isn't your average sales job; you'll be the face of adventure for groups across the region, building relationships and bringing people to our world-class whitewater channels.

The Gig: What You'll Be Doing

As our Group Sales Associate, you'll have the exciting responsibility of driving new business and supporting our booked groups. This is a full-time, salary-plus-commission role where your hard work directly translates to rewards.

• Be a Relationship Rock Star: You'll be our official ambassador to the community, actively generating new leads through networking events, cold calls, in-person meetings, and site visits.
  
• Create Custom Adventures: Work with a wide variety of clients-from schools to corporate teams-to customize the perfect package of activities and food and beverage options that fit their needs.
  
• Hit the Road: Represent Montgomery Whitewater at trade shows and regional events, showcasing all the excitement our facility has to offer.
  
• Close the Deal: Manage a pipeline of potential clients, lead site tours, and turn those initial conversations into confirmed bookings and epic memories for our guests.
  

Who We’re Looking For

You're a self-starter who loves a challenge. You are highly organized and can manage the details of multiple group bookings at once.
