We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want YOU to join our team!- Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches, participate in center tours, and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
- Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.
- Assist with leading tours, follow on all attendees with an email, text message or phone call.
- Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.
- Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.
- Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking required.
- Social media and computer proficiency are also required.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
