= Position Overview


We're seeking an experienced

Regional Construction Manager to lead Outside Plant (OSP) fiber construction projects across multiple regions. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality fiber network builds and upgrades-on time, within budget, and to specification.


=' Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned outside plant (OSP) construction projects, including scheduling, reporting, client interface, and vendor management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and company standards.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Provide onsite leadership during all phases of construction, including bid walks, pre-construction meetings, progress inspections, punch walks, and final closeouts.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions based on priority, cost, and schedule impact.
  • Ensure all construction work adheres to client specifications, standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate and track subcontractor billing and ensure accurate, timely customer invoicing.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead regular meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Ensure timely submission and proper organization of closeout packages and project files.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to general contractors, particularly during ground and civil work.
  • Support new market and project launches, including occasional travel to other states.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the telecommunications or OSP industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Proficient in coordinating across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Ability to build an instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload and identify and resolve issues timely and effectively.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
  • Must have excellent computer skills using the MS Office Suite of Tools.
  • Must have the ability to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to write, speak and communicate fluent English.
  • Successful candidates will be subject to complete and maintain a successful completion of drug screen, background, and MVR check.
  • Successful candidates will be required to maintain a valid driver's license.


P Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Leadership experience with a track record of team motivation and mentorship
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., SiteTracker, Smartsheet, Procore)
  • Experience using customer billing system


=' Physical & Functional Requirements:
  • Primarily office-based, with regular travel to active job sites.
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, crawl, walk, stand, hear, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
  • Must possess manual dexterity in hands, fingers, and arms to effectively operate power tools, controls, and specialized equipment.
  • Must meet specific vision requirements, including:

+ Close vision

+ Color vision

+ Peripheral vision

+ Depth perception

+ Ability to adjust focus

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform work on uneven surfaces and tolerate exposure to dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures.
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly as part of daily job duties.
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to navigate job sites, including moving between varying terrain and locations within the work environment.
