Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Dev - Contract to Hire - Large Corp - Remote

Role can be Remote but person will be expected to travel on occasion to Houston, TX for important corporate meetings and sessions.

Contract part will be 1099 or Corp to Corp Terms Only before eventually hired by the Corp.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical development and functional configuration, with a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, business processes, and integration points.

This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs and IT strategy.

─ Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM).

─ Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support business processes (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Project management, Inventory and Order management etc.).

─ Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and integrations using Oracle tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

─ Design and develop extensions using Oracle Visual Builder, App Composer, or other Oracle PaaS tools.

─ Support data migration activities using FBDI/HDL templates and validation strategies.

─ Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT in collaboration with business users.

─ Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolution for both functional and technical problems.

─ Create technical and functional documentation for solutions delivered.

─ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes and ensure data integrity across modules.

─ Participate in upgrades, patch analysis, and regression testing activities.

─ Ensure compliance with data security, internal controls, and company policies.

─ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.

─ 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM Applications

─ Proven experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, Project management, Inventory and Order management.

─ Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, Visual Builder Studio, PaaS Integrations, OIC, Oracle ADF

─ Understanding of business processes related to ERP/SCM Applications

─ Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, or other Oracle Cloud PaaS tools

─ Experience working in both implementation and support environments.

─ Solid understanding of data models, security roles, and workflow management in Oracle Fusion.

─ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

─ Any certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

─ Oracle Redwood Application Developer certification

─ Knowledge of Agile project methodologies

─ Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)

─ Familiarity with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or Access Governance is a plus

Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour
