Seeking a motivated and compassionate
Optometrist to provide full-scope eye care in a well-established, privately-owned practice. You will work with a collaborative healthcare team delivering medical and primary care optometry to a diverse patient base, from pediatrics to geriatrics.- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision evaluations
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases, dry eye, and vision problems
- Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend eyewear
- Collaborate with in-house opticians and external healthcare professionals
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment (OCT, Visual Fields, Optos, etc.)
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- NBEO certification
- Valid Connecticut state license
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- New grads encouraged to apply
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (includes shorter Saturday shift)
- No on-call or night requirements
