Overview::
The Operations Support Specialist role is a pivotal position at Catapult, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of both onsite and virtual clinics taking place daily.
THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE normally 5:30AM - 2:00PM Monday through Friday and the position requires onsite work at our Dallas office in the Addison area. There are days (sometimes several per week) where an earlier start time will be required, due to onsite clinic activity.This role requires a blend of customer support, technical proficiency, extreme dependability and a keen eye for detail to provide seamless assistance to patients, clinic staff and site contacts.
