Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator serves as a vital link between warehousing operations and clients. This role ensures seamless coordination of inbound and outbound orders, manages third-party warehouse relationships, and supports the day-to-day flow of goods to meet client expectations and service level agreements.

• Act as the liaison between brokerage, transportation providers, and warehouse operations.
  
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight appointments with 3PL and warehouse partners.
  
• Coordinate and monitor transloads, cross-docking, and special handling requests.
  
• Manage warehouse documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and inventory logs.
  
• Communicate shipment statuses, delays, or changes to internal teams and customers.
  
• Ensure all warehouses are meeting service expectations and compliance standards and continue relationship development.
  
• Assist with issue resolution related to freight, accessorials, and warehouse errors.
  
• Maintain accurate records in systems and ensure real-time updates.
  
• Support pricing and quoting efforts for warehouse services when needed.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
  
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight brokerage preferred.
  
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, freight terminology, and shipping documentation.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
