We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Operations & Communications Manager to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving company-wide efficiency by enhancing our internal and external communications and streamlining operational processes. This person will take ownership of both communications and operations projects, from crafting clear messaging to building HubSpot automations and improving our file organization. This role has an annual targeted total compensation range of
$80,000 - $120,000, which includes variable compensation (bonus) eligibility.------------------------------

The Operations team is a team of cross-functional professionals who create and implement processes, policies, tools, and other solutions necessary to help Bitfocus run smoothly and ensure our staff and customers feel supported and happy. The Operations team consists of four areas of work: Technical Support, Learning & Development, Communications, and General Operations.

+ Manage external communications, including but not limited to, press releases, company announcements, website content updates, and social media support.
+ Maintain and evolve Bitfocus's brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
+ Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communications materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
+ Manage and organize communication archives and assets.
+ Work with leadership to identify communication needs and opportunities.
+ Assist in the development, documentation, and management of company policies and procedures.
+ Lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency, such as optimizing our digital file management systems and establishing clear standards and best practices for their use across the company.
+ Support the VP of Operations in identifying and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational smoothness and effectiveness within a SaaS environment.
+ Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
+ Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
