Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This given location is already profitable, which is a bonus!
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full-time M-F
- Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
