Online Sales Associate to sell used computers and other electronics through an eBay page.- To sell computers and other electyronic devices throgh eBay platform. The following process should also be done to sell the products.
- Product Listing Creation: Writing product descriptions on the eBay platform, taking high-quality photos, and optimizing listings for search.
- Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, managing product availability, and ensuring items are ready for sale.
- Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Order Processing: Handling payments, packaging items, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Sales Strategy: Analyzing sales data, adjusting pricing, and implementing strategies to maximize sales.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers. We are only looking for candidate who has experience in selling throgh eBay.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding online sales techniques, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, writing clear and concise descriptions, and providing excellent support.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in listings, order processing, and inventory management.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing customer issues, resolving disputes, and finding solutions.
- Adaptability: Adjusting to changing market trends, platform updates, and customer needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- E-commerce Knowledge
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
