The Warehouse Associate (Online Associate) is vital to the smooth operation of our warehouse within our manufacturing facility. This role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching products, with a focus on fulfilling online orders, while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with team members to maintain an organized warehouse, support production, and ensure timely material delivery for both online and in-house needs.

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.

Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Record inventory movements and update systems accurately.

Organize and store products to optimize space and access.

Conduct inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders based on production or customer needs, with an emphasis on online orders.

Ensure orders are complete and accurately labeled for dispatch.

Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.

Adhere to regulations for material handling and storage.

Operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.

Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Report malfunctions or hazards to the Warehouse Manager.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Maintain tidy storage and shipping areas.

Coordinate with production teams for material flow.

Assist with additional tasks and support team goals.

#

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

#

Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment preferred.

Basic math and computer skills for inventory and order processing.

Ability to lift heavy items and operate equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Certifications: Forklift certification preferred; training may be provided.

Working Conditions

Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and standing for long periods.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Primarily in a warehouse with varying temperatures and noise levels.

May require overtime or weekend work based on production needs.
